CFB ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD ("CFBEC") was established in April 2008 to meet the needs of the organic growth of CFB Group of companies ("CFB"). CFB is actively involved in a wide range of activities related to the building/construction industry. As part of the re-organization of the Group and to enhance better delivery of its products to its customers and to better access the opportunities abound in the market, CFBEC will focus its resources on the engineering and construction works, complementing the manufacturing and marketing & distribution subsidiaries. Certainly the synergistic effect within the Group will be enhanced.

The management team of CFBEC has been involved in the projects of CFB and it intends to capitalize the pool of talent and wealth of exprience in its new endeavors. Supported by a team of able personnel with relevant and varied experiences, CFBEC is confident that it will be able to undertake and manage any engineering and construction works.
